Fluffy Cinnamon Honey Stack Pancake

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of almond flour
 - 1 cup of coconut milk
 - 2 teaspoons of baking soda
 - 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
 - 1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
 - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
 - Optional toppings: sliced avocado, salsa, or vegan cheese
 
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut milk, baking soda, turmeric powder, paprika, cumin powder, ground ginger, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
 - Heat a pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
 - Using a ladle or spoon, pour the pancake batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
 - Flip the pancake over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
 - Serve with your choice of toppings.
